Exchanges and returns

We know that online shopping isn't always easy. Brands have different sizes, colors can vary depending on the lighting in the photos, or the product might not be what you expected. That's why we want to make the returns process as easy, quick, and transparent as possible.

To avoid returns, if you have any doubts about your size, we recommend writing to us via the WhatsApp chat that appears in the lower right corner of your screen. This way, we can assist you online in a personalized way so that you buy your correct size.

All orders can be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please see below for the different reasons and procedures:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If your product has not been used, is in perfect condition, has its original packaging and all its labels, you can request an exchange within a period of 30 calendar days starting from the date of issuance of your receipt.
WARRANTY: If your product has original defects, you can request a replacement within a period of up to 90 calendar days from the date of physical delivery of the product.
REFUNDS: To request a refund, you have 10 calendar days, starting from when you receive your purchase.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be free if the garment has a quality defect. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

• If the purchased product is not available for exchange and you wish to exchange it for another, you must pay the difference in value. The exchange must be equal to or greater than the total value of your previous purchase.
• All changes are subject to stock availability.
• When the product was purchased during a sale or with a discount coupon and the exchange is only for a different size or color of the same product, the value of the product purchased on www.loraineholmes.com is respected, so no difference should be paid.
